Yoga asana, meditation and breathing practices address physical, emotional, and psychological healing. Like Yoga, Reiki practice facilitates the movement of prana to re-integrate the natural balance of mind and body. Yoga and Reiki complement each other to support the subtle human energy system and clear obstructions to physical and mental health.

Jennifer Ammann draws from twenty-five years of Yoga training that has included study of asana and alignment with awareness of internal form and nadis (subtle energy channels). Yoga philosophy, meditation, and pranayama have been an integral part of her training and teaching.
She studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for many years with Richard Freeman, at the Yoga Workshop in Boulder, CO, and trained to be a teacher with him in 2001. She received her Reiki 3 Certified Reiki Master Training, CRMT in 2019 with Susan Chiocci, founder of ReikiColorado in Boulder, CO.
