Yoga asana, meditation and breathing practices support the healing of mind and body from within. Reiki Energy Balancing is a holistic healing modality that is taught and transmitted through a lineage of healers and practitioners. Yoga and Reiki practice facilitate the movement of prana, re-integrating the natural balance of mind and body.

During the last century, the lineage weaves back to 1930s Japan and its modern day founder, Mikao Usui who first began teaching Reiki healing in its current form. The system allows the healer to act as a vehicle for energy, like prana or chi, to support the subtle human energy field of the body and address issues of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being. Reiki can be transmitted in person or from a distance.

Both a healing art and a practice, Yoga and Reiki complement each other by supporting the subtle human energy system and clearing energetic obstructions to health in the body.

Yoga classes, privates and meditation are available remotely. While hands-on Reiki is not currently possible, Distance Reiki is a safe and effective way to receive supportive calming and healing energy.

Creating our own simple, intentional spaces at home makes remote practice more tangible and part of daily life.

Jennifer Ammann draws from twenty-five years of Yoga training that has included study of asana and alignment with awareness of internal form and nadis (subtle energy channels). Yoga philosophy, meditation, and pranayama have been an integral part of her training and teaching.

She studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for many years with Richard Freeman, at the Yoga Workshop in Boulder, CO, and trained to be a teacher with him in 2001. She received her Reiki 3 Certified Reiki Master Training, CRMT in 2019 with Susan Chiocci, founder of ReikiColorado in Boulder, CO.
